SYNDESIS is a non-profit association that connects graduates of the Master’s Degree Program “Strategic Management of Tourist Destinations & Hospitality Businesses” on a social, professional and scientific level.
The Association was founded on February 14, 2024 in Chios and was ratified by the Chios Court of Peace (Order 6/2024), and was registered in the public register of associations of the Chios Court of First Instance with Registration Number 912.
Maintaining, cultivating and strengthening ties between members — social, professional and moral solidarity.
Scientific development through events, seminars, lectures and awareness raising on tourism issues.
Collaboration with educational and research structures of the University of the Aegean; support for young scientists.
Smooth integration of graduates into the labor market and offering opportunities for professional collaboration.

Participate actively in events, conferences and networking activities. Develop professional relationships with peers in tourism.
Share your knowledge and experience. You can contribute as a speaker, mentor or volunteer at the Association’s events.
He supported the development of the Association. Donors (€1,000+), Benefactors (€5,000+) and Major Benefactors (€10,000+) are officially recognized.
Holders of a Master’s or Doctoral degree from the University of the Aegean in the field of tourism can become members.
